2. Services Provided
MDM Cleaning offers carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. Specific service details are provided during the booking process.
3. Booking and Confirmation
Appointment Booking: Services can be booked via our website, phone, or email. Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation with the appointment details.
Rescheduling and Cancellations: Rescheduling or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of $50.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Access and Preparation: Customers are responsible for providing access to the property and preparing the area to be cleaned by removing fragile and valuable items.
Pets and Children: For safety reasons, please keep pets and children away from the service area during the cleaning process.
5. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic transfers. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
Late Payments: Payments not received within 15 days of service completion will incur a late fee of 5% of the total invoice amount.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours. We will address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
7. Liability
Damage and Loss: MDM Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items. Our technicians will inform you of any observed damages prior to beginning the service.
Accidents and Breakages: In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our technicians, please report it immediately. We will evaluate the situation and take appropriate action.
8. Safety and Health
Cleaning Agents: We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning agents. If you have specific health concerns or allergies, please inform us in advance.
PPE: Our technicians are trained to use personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure safety and hygiene during the cleaning process.

10. Changes to Terms of Service
